BBs include mid BB (shielded), USA BB (loose ball bearing), Spanish BB (shielded), and Euro BB (light but not durable), which are loose ball bearings.
As I was riding on the crank, the stones kept going in and making noise, so I wanted to change it to a single bolt type crank, but I couldn't change it because I didn't know the BB type and spindle thickness. Please let me know.
